The replacement for breloom, which I was kind of reluctant to let go, but to use it in cauldron would be a no-no. Based on the gypsy myth of Vampire Fruits. The neat thing about this guy is that slthough it's not too powerful, it comes with two excellent typically dream world exclusive abilities, and learns a lot of draining and healing moves.
