Rainbow: Explosives

Description

If you've perused the depths of my gallery, you've likely already seen the Jack-In-the-Bomb, but here's the second creature for the basic rainbow series, the Flashbang Mantis, inspired by, what else (?), the Mantis Shrimp AKA Thumbsplitter AKA Stomatopod.
The fact that it actually CAN cause tiny implosions and punch through steel, combined with how colorful it is, made me decide to make the basic rainbow's theme Explosives.
You might not be able to tell, but Jack-In-the-Bomb's fuse is supposed to look like fireworks.
----------
Jack-In-the-Bomb: Excellent for surprise tactics, the Jack-In-the-Bomb at first appears to be a simple explosive weapon, but once thrown, upon exploding the Jack will burst from the bomb towards a secondary target, or the original if the explosion does not hit. After detonating the bomb, the Jack can follow around its master by hopping, and is capable of launching itself with enough force to knock the wind out of a grown man. It is capable of recreating its bomb from the scattered pieces if left in the general vicinity of the explosion.

Flashbang Mantis: At the size of a large chiuaua, it is easy to underestimate the threat that a Flashbang Mantis poses, especially when it appears to do nothing but walk in complex pattern around the field of battle. Upon command, it can whip its four arms together with such force it can biol the air, producing a blinding flash of light and a deafening pop that can disable an unequipped human easily. If a creature is actually hit by this motion, it will be left with shattered bones and a massive welt around the site of impact. It can see miles into the distance, and makes a chirping sound to alert its master of potential threat.
